Terms of Use

Dagg is yours to run with. The core app is free. AI Coaching is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. Dagg gives guidance, not medical advice. You run at your own discretion.
Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dagg app and the dagg.app website (together, "Dagg"), provided by Vitgranen AB, a company registered in Sweden ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Dagg, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Dagg.
Your licence to use Dagg
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Dagg on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
AI Coaching subscription
The core of Dagg (run tracking, route shapes, on-device analysis, and on-device voice coaching) is free. AI Coaching is an optional paid feature that generates and adapts a personal training plan.
- Billing. AI Coaching is an auto-renewable subscription. The current price and billing period are shown in the app before you subscribe, and payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase.
- Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
- Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage & cancel. You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
- Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled under Apple’s policies via your Apple account, not by us.
Accounts
AI Coaching requires you to sign in with Apple, which creates an account tied to your Apple identity. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure. You can delete your Dagg account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app; this removes your account and subscription record from our servers. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Apple subscription. Cancel that separately in your Apple subscription settings.
Health & safety: not medical advice
Dagg is a fitness tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Training plans, paces, and spoken coaching are general guidance generated from the information you provide and are not medical, health, or professional advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting or changing any exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition. Always run attentively to your surroundings and within your limits. You use Dagg, and run, entirely at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Dagg: no attempting to break, overload, or probe our systems; no automated or abusive calls to our coaching service; no using Dagg unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.
Intellectual property
Dagg, its name, design, and content are owned by Vitgranen AB and protected by law. Your runs and the data you create remain yours.
Disclaimers
Dagg is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. GPS accuracy, generated plans, and coaching may contain inaccuracies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitgranen AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or harm arising from your use of Dagg or reliance on its guidance. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update Dagg and these Terms. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
